These Terms & Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Gree Web Solutions regarding your download, installation, and use of Widgetly: Beautiful Home Screen Widgets (Package: com.widgetly.app).
1Acceptance of Terms & License Grant
By downloading, installing, or using Widgetly, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, do not install or use the application.
Subject to your compliance with these terms, Gree Web Solutions grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to download and install Widgetly on your personal Android device solely for personal, non-commercial use.
2Permitted Usage & Restrictions
You agree not to modify, reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of Widgetly or any part thereof, except to the extent such restriction is prohibited by law.
3Widget Placement & Launcher Compatibility
Widgetly utilizes standard Android AppWidgetProvider receivers and native launcher pinning APIs (requestPinAppWidget). Widget placement and sizing depend on your Android device launcher support and grid configuration.
4Intellectual Property Rights
All widget layouts, vector artwork, design collections, software code, UI graphics, logos, and trademarks associated with Widgetly are the sole intellectual property of Gree Web Solutions and are protected by international copyright and trademark laws.
5Third-Party Advertisements & External Links
Widgetly may display third-party advertisements served via Google AdMob, Meta Audience Network, and Unity Ads. We do not endorse or control the content, products, or services offered in third-party advertisements. Clicking on external ad banners or links is at your own discretion and risk.
6Disclaimer of Warranties ("AS IS")
Widgetly is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. Gree Web Solutions does not warrant that the application will be uninterrupted, error-free, or compatible with every third-party Android launcher or custom ROM.
7Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall Gree Web Solutions be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of or inability to use Widgetly.
